DASHIEL HEDAYAT

His real name was Daniel Théron. His music career was brief and he recorded under the names Melmoth and Dashiell Hedayat (a tribute to Dashiell Hammett, an American author of hard-boiled detective novels and short stories, a screenplay writer, and political activist, and Sadegh Hedayat, an Iranian writer, translator and intellectual). Daniel was also an author and he used the "Dashiel Hedayat" pseudonym for his first books, before taking on the name Jack-Alain Léger in 1974. His best seller was "Monsignore". He also used the names Eve Saint-Roch and Paul Smaïl.

"Long Song for Zelda" is a painful track about love from his album "Obsolete" in 1971. He had "Gong" to back him for this album, his second and last one.

He was French. He was born 5 June 1947 and died 17 July 2013.

Methi Blonde introduces her new project "d'AMORE", which declares the love she has for music.

A brand new clubnight is added in the city's nightlife by four friends who live and work in contemporary Athens in order to show their love for anything that can be called "retro".

A love for the innocence of the 60s, the eroticism of the 70s and the excitement of the 80s, but also the aesthetics of these decades, from which they get inspired to set up the scenery for a crazy theme party on once in a month basis.

The basic music orientation goes to disco, psychedelic funk and the countless soundtrack of the era.

Methi Blonde, Bête Noire, Sasa Drama Queen and JoePe Retrosexual Culture will tell you a story full of romance and nostalgia, fun, music, dancing and lots of love!
